Fugazzi Bar and Dining Room are currently looking for the industry’s finest Bartenders in a casual capacity to join our growing team to deliver a sense of sophisticated old-school style of hospitality experience for our guests. The perfect applicant will have experience in a high –end Bar or Restaurant environment, a strong passion, and knowledge of cocktails, beverage production and product knowledge Aswell as excellent customer service skills.

The Role
Job description
- 3+ Years experience behind a similar style bar
- Experience in running a bar floor section
- Demonstrated excellence and experience in customer service
- Good time management and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of cocktails and beverage production
- Strong spirit/ cocktail-based product knowledge
- Taking and processing orders
- Ability to run food, carrying three plates
- Wine and beverage service
- RSA (Responsible service of alcohol)
