Poachers Pantry and Wily Trout Vineyard is a boutique family-owned Canberra District smokehouse and vineyard producing a range of premium small goods and cool climate wines. We are looking for the right person to track the retail sales of our smoked meats and wines at our newly renovated cellar door and farm shop.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Must have experience in wine & cellar door
- Good customer service skills, by engaging with all types of customers
- Maintain cellar door area to be neat & tidy
- Manage stock levels at Cellar Door
- Passion for food & wine
- Must have current NSW RSA
- Self-motivated, professional, with a keen eye for detail
- Weekend are required
Skills and experience
- Hospitality certification beneficial but not essential
- You must be committed and reliable, prepared to work weekends and have your own transport.
