Novotel Canberra are looking to re-position and strengthen our Food & Beverage operations by appointing a Bar Manager to oversee all aspects of beverage services.
Reporting to the Director Culinary Services, you will be responsible for the operations of our First Edition Restaurant & Bar, focusing on creating and maximising service and revenue opportunities while ensuring the wellbeing of patrons and staff.
A great opportunity to make your mark through your unique cocktail list, wine selection and drinks list. As part of the senior management team you will oversee the operations of the bar, restaurant, functions & events as well as in-room dining, while maintaining RSA and legal requirements of the venue.
Other shared responsibilities include rostering, staff training and ensuring adequate stock is available to keep things running smoothly in a fun and dynamic environment by offering high standards of customer service at all times.
