What you will be responsible for:
• Coordinating daily cellar activities aligned with production targets and winemaking schedules
• Ensuring your team is trained, prepared, and equipped to operate safely and efficiently
• Supporting winemaking and quality teams in inspections, audits, and documentation processes
• Contributing to a collaborative team culture focused on quality, safety, and shared success
• Leading by example to build capability, accountability, and pride in cellar operations
What You'll Bring
• Strong hands-on experience in cellar operations within a winery or similar production setting
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor a team
• A practical understanding of automated processing equipment and electronic control systems
• Confidence in managing competing priorities and delivering to tight deadlines
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
Additional Requirements
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and shift work during peak season
• Australian permanent residency
• Successful completion of pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening
• This is not an entry-level position
