Brown Brothers, a family-owned winery, is one of Australia's most loved and trusted wine brands. With premium vineyards in Victoria and Tasmania, our family of wines has grown to five brands - Brown Brothers, Devil's Corner, Pirie, Tamar Ridge and most recently Innocent Bystander.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and creative Chef to join our kitchen team at our Winery Restaurant in Milawa in North East Victoria. Working predominantly day-time hours, you will be joining a passionate and friendly team who make working in the kitchen fun!!
Our dynamic team is responsible for all of the food preparation for our award winning Restaurant Patricia's Table, our casual lounge menu as well as weddings and events, thus providing an awesome opportunity to learn and grow.
To be successful you will have good attention to detail, a proven ability to maintain food standards and presentation, and the flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts when required.
An interest in understanding different wine styles, as well as experience with wine and food matching would be an advantage but not essential.
