We are seeking a Chef who is experienced, motivated & passionate about food. You need to be able to multi task, supervise junior chefs & innovate the menu to ensure consistent quality meals & most importantly love your job.
You will require the following
- five years experience in a similar role
- stock management with the ability to order
- ability to inspire & lead others
- command respect from the Team
- have high hygiene & cleanliness levels
- create menu's & work to SRC's
- a FSS certificate (will organise for right candidate)
You will work with & report directly to the Directors & General Manager. You will be part of the Management Team that meets weekly to review the previous week & plan the next
