Recent renovations have given Paringa Estate a sleek new look. In a region known for fine dining, Paringa is at the pinnacle.  Chef Julian Hill's menu focuses on locally sourced, seasonal produce, with wild ingredients foraged from the shores, fields, and woodlands of the Peninsula.

Apprentice Chef 1st / 2nd year

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

  • A want to work in a fine dining kitchen
  • Self-motivated, professional, with a keen eye for detail
  • Passion for food & wine
