Job Description

Moss Wood is one of Margaret River’s founding wineries, renowned for producing wines of exceptional quality and longevity.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our small team as a Winery and Vineyard Hand. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a broad and rewarding role across both the vineyard and winery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vineyard work across all seasons including pruning, spraying, training young vines, shoot positioning and netting

• General vineyard maintenance and tractor operation

• Supporting winemaking activities such as grape processing, fermentation, racking, barrel work, bottling, barrel topping and cleaning

• Forklift operation, equipment care, and cellar hygiene

• Assisting with small-scale logistics, packaging, and dispatch as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Practical experience in a vineyard or winery is desirable, but not essential
• A current driver’s licence (forklift licence an advantage)
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative attitude
