Winery & Cellar Bar is a restaurant focused on quality, and we are currently seeking an experienced waiter/sommelier to join our award winning team on weekends.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Section waiter, wine sales & recommendations
• Delivering a quality experience for our guests, consistently.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a waiter in a professional restaurant for at least 1 year
• Have relevant trade qualifications and skills
• Strong knowledge of wine and beverage sales
• Strong knowledge and competence in FOH service and guest experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work weekends
