About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and viticulturally strong person, to join the Penfolds family as a Vineyard Supervisor. Lead a passionate and knowledgeable team to success whilst working with high-quality vines producing premium fruit.

Reporting to the Vineyard Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team and facilitating the development and implementation of site work programs.

• Drive employee development, education and morale to ensure high performance
• Engage employees in continuous improvement processes to drive business performance
• Coordinate labour to ensure quality and efficiency targets are achieved
• Actively participate in vineyard operations
• Supervise safety and quality initiatives for contractors
