About the Role:

As a Machinery Operator at Credaro Wines, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various vineyard machinery. You will assist with daily operations, maintenance, and ensure that all machinery is running smoothly during the harvest season and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain vineyard machinery, including tractors, sprayers, harvesters, and irrigation systems.
• Ensure all equipment is regularly serviced and kept in optimal working condition.
• Assist with general vineyard duties, such as Trellis & Irrigation Maintenance, establishment of new vineyard, maintaining and improving site assets.
• Work closely with the vineyard & Winery team to meet seasonal requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience operating machinery in a vineyard or agricultural setting.
• Strong understanding of vineyard operations and machinery maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of performing manual labour.
• A proactive and safety-conscious approach to work.
