Job Description
Shadowfax Wines are looking for a full-time vineyard hand to work at our vineyards in the Macedon Ranges, with shifts at Werribee infrequently as required.
Key responsibilities include:
• General vineyard activities at multiple sites.
• Tractor operation, pruning, spraying, canopy management and irrigation and other usual vineyard tasks.
• Care and maintenance of equipment.
Job Requirements
The successful applicant will:
• Be able to work flexible hours and be willing to work overtime during harvest and other busy periods.
• Have an interest in viticulture.
• Possess a strong work ethic.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Be willing to work both independently and in a team.
Skills and experience:
• Driver’s license.
• Previous vineyard experience is preferred.
