About Fleet
Fleet is a progressive, family-owned viticultural enterprise based in South Gippsland. With a strong reputation for producing premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, we farm 8 hectares across two sites, ranging in age from 5 to 35 years with a deep commitment to regenerative and sustainable farming with new blocks continuing to be established.

The Role
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Vigneron to lead the technical and operational management of our vineyards. This hands-on role will oversee all aspects of vineyard performance, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and innovation.
In addition to a viticultural base, the role will comprise working in our cellar to complete harvest, fermentation and élevage. The role gives opportunity for full engagement across the winemaking cycle.
Involvement in planning and establishing habitat rejuvenation and care for country programs across Fleets own sites, building balanced ecological habitats with a focus on IPM strategies and viticulture appropriate local native planting programs.
You will work closely with Lisa and Justin, contributing to long-term strategic decisions while also managing day-to-day operations.

• Uphold OH&S standards and foster a safe workplace
• Represent Fleet at industry, trade, and sustainability events
• Support additional family business activities as required
