We’re searching for Sommeliers & Wine Waiters to join our dynamic and energetic team. If you’re ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile venue offering tableside service alongside a warm, international team, this could be your next adventure.

The Role:

• Casual positions to start, with opportunities for full-time roles for the right candidates.

• A focus on premium dining with an emphasis on Italian hospitality.

About You:

• You have a strong knowledge of wine and enjoy pairing it with incredible food, especially Italian, French, and Australian cuisines.

• You bring at least two years of experience in a similar role and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• You hold a valid NSW RSA certificate, speak fluent English, and have Australian working rights.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Italian cuisine or a love for pasta and authentic Italian flavors.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Recommending and pairing wines like an expert.

• Assisting section waiters with drinks service.

• Ensuring flawless glassware service.
