The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to achieve sustained growth.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our Asia-Pacific footprint.
• Lead and inspire the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners.
• Oversee product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional activities across diverse markets.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports to the executive team.
