About the Role
We are seeking a full time experienced and proactive Retail Store Business Manager to oversee our operations and support our growing business. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement—both directly and through events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the overall operations of the business.
• Oversee inventory: monitor sales performance, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate stock control.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to develop a capable and motivated team.
• Plan and implement purchasing strategies, marketing policies, and promotional activities.
• Prepare and manage budgets including sales forecasts, pricing, and product mix.
• Deliver superior customer service and ensure compliance with liquor regulations and responsible service standards.
• Organise and coordinate functions, wine tasting events and other marketing activities, including supplier collaborations, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
