The role of Restaurant Manager will be responsible for enhancing customer experiences, meeting sales and profitability goals, effectively managing employees, and working closely with the owners to ensure continued growth and development.
This is a challenging role, suited to experienced industry professionals.
Requirements
- Experience in managing a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality venue
- Ability to calmly manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- High levels of organisation
- Employee management experience (including hiring, managing performance, and dismissals)
- Staff training, a strong focus on food and wine service
- Experience in preparing employee rosters, ordering, and accounts
- Ability to manage budgets and analyse financial data
- Able to think laterally
- Able to develop and implement growth strategies and improve revenue
- Preferably, proficient in using Impos, Obee and Restoke
Compensation
$70,000 - $75,000 a year
