Reporting to the Systems and Compliance Manager, you’ll be a key person ensuring our wine gets where it needs to go — on time, in full, and with the high standards we’re known for. You will oversee all logistics operations, team development, supplier relationships, and help shape the future of our logistics systems and processes.

What You’ll Lead

• End to end logistics operations across domestic and export markets
• A capable onsite team focused on accuracy, service, and continuous improvement
• Key relationships with contract warehouses, freight partners, and internal teams
• Delivery performance, cost control, compliance, and operational reporting

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve consistent, high quality outcomes
• Own inventory integrity, dispatch accuracy, and operational workflows
• Drive improvements in service, processes, systems, and communication
• Ensure compliance with WHS, export and statutory requirements
• Strengthen reporting, forecasting, and system utilisation (ERP, C7, logistics platforms)
