Who We’re Looking For
Auterra Wine Bar is looking for a dedicated Supervisor section waiter to join our passionate front-of-house team. We’re seeking someone who shares our love of wine and service — a section waiter who thrives in creating warm, memorable guest experiences. You’ll be working with a close-knit, professional team who values creativity, collaboration, and consistency. If you take pride in guiding guests through food and wine pairings, can anticipate needs before they’re spoken, and enjoy being part of a team where every detail matters, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Selection Criteria
- Proven FOH experience in a venue of similar calibre
- Confidence running a section with precision and warmth
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends
- WSET and/or CMS education (or equivalent) highly regarded
- Strong background in wine service within a restaurant environment
- Current Victorian RSA Certificate
- Professional presentation, strong communication, and excellent time management
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine drive to keep learning and growing
