Our menu, crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients, changes weekly and often varies daily based on ingredient availability.
Job role can be Permanent Part-Time or Casual.
Requirements
We at Moke are looking for:
- A passionate hospitality professional, looking at taking the next step into a fine dining restaurant, or someone that has worked in fine dining restaurants previously.
- A positive attitude, but more importantly a willingness to learn.
- A strong knowledge of food and wine and basic bartender skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, who can interact with our loyal local and abroad customers.
Compensation
What Moke offers:
- A 4 day working week.
- We are open Thursday-Sunday. 3 dinner shifts & 2 lunch shifts.
- Flexible rostering to suit your lifestyle.
- Very generous tips in addition to a competitive salary.
- Closed for 4 weeks during Winter and in December period for a week (Dec 25th - 31st)
- Training and development.
