About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic Front of House staff. This role focuses on wine tastings and cellar door service, perfect for someone passionate about wine and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct wine tastings and share knowledge about our wines and vineyard story
- Serve wine, cocktails, and beverages professionally
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area
- Assist with cellar door sales and POS transactions
- Comply with RSA and food safety standards
- Support the team during events and busy service periods
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Interest in wine and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- RSA certificate required
- Positive attitude and team player
- Must be available to work most weekends
Compensation
Casual rates paid in accordance with industry award
