Job Description
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our hospitality team at Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre.
Embraced by one of the world's most beautiful locations, the Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre is an enticing destination to introduce visitors to both the stunning natural beauty of the Daintree and the rich culture of the Kuku Yalanji people.
You will ensure our guests are greeted with a friendly smile and served delicious meals and drinks at our Mayi Cafe.
Key Duties
- Serving large tour group morning and afternoon tea
- Taking orders
- Making coffee’s (we train you)!
- Clean and clear tables
- Run food and beverages to guests' tables

You will have:
- Experience in a cafe setting or similar.
- Good personal presentation.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good oral English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
