Job Overview
Rubyos is on the lookout for friendly, professional and motivated wait staff to join our small, vibrant team.
Requirements
You have (must-haves):
✅ 2+ years of experience in a similar role
✅ Strong wine knowledge
✅ Can confidently carry 3 plates
✅ Exceptional guest service: you recognise regulars, read the table, and stay two steps ahead
✅ Clear communication and a team-first attitude
Bonus (nice to have):
✅ Cocktail-making skills (helpful but not essential)
Role: Casual, 4–6 shifts/week (approx 20–25 hrs), incl. Friday & Saturday nights.
Compensation
$28 - $30 an hour
