Moorooduc Estate is a boutique, family-run winery specializing in premium, small-batch Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. They are seeking a hard-working assistant to bridge the gap between vineyard maintenance and winery production.
- Winery Operations: Assist with fruit processing, operating the basket press, racking, barrel rolling, and executing daily fermentation checks during the peak vintage period.
- Vineyard Maintenance: Help the vineyard manager with canopy management, pruning, shoot thinning, and preparing the blocks for seasonal weather adjustments.
- Cellar Hygiene: Maintain pristine cleanliness across the winery floor, sanitizing tanks, barrels, and production equipment to strict quality standards.
Requirements
Requirements
- Must have your own reliable transport, as the vineyard is located in a rural Mornington Peninsula setting.
- A strong, physical work ethic and the ability to lift wine cases and navigate a busy cellar floor safely.
- Prior vintage experience or a qualification in Viticulture/Oenology is a massive advantage, though an eager attitude to learn is essential.

- Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal (Crucial availability required for vintage and post-harvest maintenance)
