Flametree Wines is seeking an experienced Full-Time Cellar Hand to join our winery team in Margaret River.

Located in the heart of the Margaret River wine region, Flametree Wines is a premium producer focused on producing premium wines that showcase the diversity and quality of Margaret River fruit. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a small and dedicated team across all aspects of winery operations.

The successful applicant will possess:

• Proven cellar skills across all aspects of winery operations, including wine transfers, barrel work, additions, filtration, bottling preparation and cellar hygiene

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a small team environment

• The ability to work independently, take initiative and manage tasks without constant supervision

• A high level of attention to detail and commitment to wine quality

• A calm and methodical approach to work, particularly during busy periods

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow procedures carefully and accurately

• A commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness

• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks

• A current Australian driver's licence

The following would be advantageous:

• A tertiary qualification in Oenology, Viticulture, Wine Science or a related discipline

• Experience working with premium wine production
