About the Role
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Cellar Hand to join our Winery team at our operation in Rutherglen, Victoria. Reporting to the Chief Winemaker, duties of the role include:
- Wine and juice handling operations to comply with our HACCP accredited winery procedures
- Vintage activities and various processing operations
- Carry out cleaning and sanitising of tanks and equipment
- Filtration and preparation of wine/juice
- Organise and maintain the barrel shed ensuring safe forklift operations and hygiene at all times
- Stock management of all additives and chemicals
- Cellar housekeeping and maintenance as required
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
