Job Overview
Vasse Felix is Margaret River’s founding wine estate, globally renowned for its exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. They are looking for an articulate, hospitality-focused host to join their bustling cellar door team.
- Guest Hospitality: Conduct premium, structured wine tastings for domestic and international visitors, sharing the rich history of the Margaret River region and the estate's sustainable viticulture practices.
- Wine Club Growth: Actively invite guests to join the Vasse Felix wine club community by explaining membership tiers, benefits, and customized shipping options.
- Cellar Door Operations: Assist with visual merchandising of the retail space, manage booking schedules via daily reservation systems, and handle POS transactions accurately.
Requirements
Requirements
- Must hold a current Western Australia Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or be fully willing to obtain it immediately.
- Prior experience in a premium cellar door, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication skills and an absolute passion for premium Australian wine.
