All Saints Estate is one of Australia's most iconic winery destinations, known for premium wines, historic architecture and memorable visitor experiences.

Owned by fourth-generation vignerons Eliza, Angela and Nicholas Brown, the estate includes All Saints Estate, St Leonards Vineyard, Thousand Pound Wine Bar & Store and Mount Ophir Estate.

We are seeking a passionate Cellar Door Supervisor to help lead our cellar door team and deliver exceptional wine experiences to visitors.

The Role

  • Supervise and support the cellar door team
  • Deliver engaging wine tastings and VIP experiences
  • Drive wine sales and Wine Club sign-ups
  • Assist with daily cellar door operations and rostering
  • Maintain premium service and presentation standards
  • Support events and promotions at the estate
  • Weekend work required

Requirements

About You

  • Minimum 2- 3 experience in hospitality, tourism or wine sales
  • Confident engaging guests and selling wine
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
  • Passion for wine and storytelling.
  • Wine education (WSET or similar) highly regarded.
  • Must have permanent working right in Australia with no restrictions
