Cellar Door Manager – Grace Farm (Margaret River)

Grace Farm is a family-owned and run vineyard in a beautiful setting in Wilyabrup, Margaret River – very close to Gracetown. We’re offering a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic, capable, and personable Cellar Door Manager to join our small, passionate team and help shape the future of our customer experience.

This is a permanent position offering superannuation and leave entitlements.

 

The ideal candidate will be available to work 3 to 5 days per week, including weekends. Remuneration will be based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the Cellar Door on operating days.
• Greet visitors warmly, sharing the Grace Farm story with professionalism and heart.
• Conduct engaging, high-converting wine tastings with a strong focus on closing sales.
• Secure new Excelsa Wine Club sign-ups and assist in membership management.
• Conduct weekly stock takes and manage inventory, ordering from the warehouse as required.
• Manage and dispatch all online Shopify orders.
• Liaise with local Tour Operators and run group tastings.
• Hire and train casual staff during peak periods to maintain excellent service.
• Maintain a clean, organised and inviting Cellar Door environment

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in Cellar Doors, hospitality, wine sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong administrative and tech skills – confidence with point-of-sale systems, databases, and digital tools is essential.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in wine, with a proactive approach to sales.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a great cultural fit for a close-knit, family business.
• Understanding of off-grid and sustainable practices is an advantage.
• RSA certification and an Approved Manager License are required.
