Job Overview
Little Creatures Fremantle is looking for experienced bartenders for our new venue, opening in November. This casual position offers the flexibility to work around your lifestyle while being part of a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Beer knowledge and passion
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
- Adhere to all liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol regulations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Support the broader restaurant team as required
Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year's experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
- Extensive knowledge of a wide range of spirits, cocktails, wines and beer
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- A positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude
