Experienced Bartender Wanted – Darling Harbour Area
We are looking for an experienced bartender who is confident working independently during busy service hours.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience
- Good knowledge of classic cocktails
- Ability to handle busy periods independently
- Wine knowledge is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Main Duties:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages
- Customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Opening and closing bar procedures
- Bar prep and restocking throughout service
- General cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards
- Assisting with stock control and deliveries when required
Compensation
