Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisors, these positions will be responsible for the mechanical maintenance of plant and equipment to ensure the winery operates at maximum performance.
Duties will include the following:
- Maintenance of winery plant and equipment
- Breakdown maintenance
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Recording maintenance activities
- Ensure a high quality of engineering on all maintenance tasks
- Ability to work shifts and weekends
Trade certificates and demonstrated competencies in manufacturing maintenance will be required.
