We are seeking a sales driven/customer service superstar to join us as the Tasting Bar Supervisor in the Yarra Valley at St. Huberts and/or Coldstream Hills.
Reporting to the Business Manager, this exciting 'hands on' position is responsible for the everyday operation of the Cellar Door, achieving and exceeding key financial targets for sales budgets, Club Acquisition - while controlling costs.
This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong supervisory and leadership skills, superior sales skills with a customer service focus and strong commercial acumen. Your ability to lead, delegate appropriately, motivate and inspire your team is something that will set you apart from others.
Ideally, you will have strong knowledge of wine and our brand and have preferably completed an advanced wine appreciation course. You should also possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication, be RSA trained and hold a full driver's/fork-lift licence. The position will require weekend commitment.
