Customer Service Manager (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

All Saints Estate is a family owned and operated winery located in the Rutherglen region of North East Victoria.  
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team.
The Customer Service Manager reports to the CEO and supervises one staff member.

The candidate is experienced in offering superior customer service, is detail oriented, has excellent IT skills and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Job Duties

  • Contribute to the company’s overall goal of providing superior customer service by processing all sales requests in a courteous, helpful, accurate and timely manner.
  • This would include but not be limited to:
  • Processing all phone, e-mail, live chat and on-line orders
  • Management and cleanliness of the CRM system and data.
  • Processing all regularly scheduled wine shipments and daily orders
  • Develop continuous improvement and work simplification measures in the handling of all customer requests
  • Management of logistics/ freight management of all orders in a timely manner
  • Team player and willingness to collaborate with other departments for the overall benefit of the company
  • Administration assistance to the Directors

Customer Sales Targets 

  • Meet annual sales growth targets and KPI's
  • Identify opportunities for achieving increased profitability
Customer Events
  • Assist in planning and execution of customer events
Job Requirements
  • Management experience with the ability to lead by example
  • Commercial Acumen
  • Possess general wine knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Knowledge of CRM, database entry and management
  • Computer literate including mastery of Microsoft Office/Excel and Microsoft CRM systems.
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Perform under pressure
