Within our Global IT division we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Business Analyst to partner with our Supply function in the areas of fulfilment and distribution, executing and/or managing medium to large business and project objectives. Primarily, this position will see you identify business requirements, assess and document the impacts of proposed changes and ensuring the requirements are delivered by internal resources or external IT service providers.

To be successful in securing this exciting role you will have a proven track record working as a Senior Business Analyst in a large corporate environment, preferably FMCG, with sound knowledge in Demand Supply Planning and Customer Order and Fulfilment.

As a proven IT Business Analyst you will thrive in a truly business partnering capacity. You will be well versed in the customer supply and distribution market and bring a strong problem solving mentality to the global team.

Further responsibilities of the role include:
• Leading discussions with Supply stakeholders and executing the delivery around technology opportunities that could enhance the business process and existing solutions.
• Project scoping and defining key project initiatives in the Distribution and Fulfilment areas within the Supply function, and effectively delivering on these initiatives.
• Lead, design and execute solution implementation, partnering with internal stakeholders and/or third party suppliers
• Configure applications in alignment with agreed solution designs
• Provide meaningful data extractions for business units via reporting tools and/or SQL

You will be a highly proficient communicator, having successfully liaised with a variety of key stakeholder and managed medium/large scale projects. You will possess adaptability to multiple demands and shifting priorities in order to manage business needs in a rapidly changing, yet exciting, working environment.
