Vibrant and modern Cocktail Bar in the heart of Airlie Beach!

 

                              RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will be responsible for the complete Bar and Restaurant Operation.

Manage a team (less than ten) of great staff to ensure smooth running of the business. 

Maintain very high levels of service already in place.

Recruit and train staff as required. 

Further develop and continue to grow the business using your skills and experience. 

                                 REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in either Hospitality Mgt. Hotel Mgt. or Restaurant Mgt.

Extensive knowledge and know-how of mixing and making Cocktails.

Substantial experience in all areas of operation of a small Bar and Restaurant offering a Tapas menu.
