Dalgety 2.0, a renowned and vibrant pub in the heart of Teneriffe, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Full-Time Venue Manager to lead our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established and much-loved local institution, known for its excellent service, great atmosphere, and wide selection of beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage and train a team of bartenders and support staff.
- Inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Develop and implement bar promotions and events.
- Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance.
- Engage with customers to ensure a memorable and unique pub experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bar management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
- Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local and international beverages.
