We are looking for a Supply Planning Coordinator to provide Administrative support to 2 of our Supply Planning Managers.  Based from our site office in Tanunda in the beautiful Barossa Valley you will be required to:

• Compile weekly vintage change report

• Assist in the facilitation and governance of the wine vintage change over process with winemaking, fulfilment planner and supply planning

• Assist in generation of supply approval documentation and the management of input into workflow approval process

• Manage and maintain data input for CMS

• Assist compiling wine supply and demand reporting

• Assist with minutes and follow up wine supply and demand meetings

• Backup for Supply Planning Roles

• Assist in compilation of Wine Availability Meeting pack

To be successful in coordinating our supply chain to align supply with demand you will have:

• 2-3 Years experience in an Administrative Support Role

• Excellent time management skills

• Good communication and ability to multi task

• Intermediate Computer skills in Microsoft Office suite.
