Vintage Load Assessor & Weighbridge Operator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

In this role

Your main duties will be:

• Assessment of Grape Deliveries
• Weighbridge Operations

Key accountabilities will include

• Assessing grape deliveries, ensuring they meet agreed quality standards and specification.
• The creation of accurate weigh notes for Grower deliveries.
• Carrying out basic grape and juice analysis using sampling equipment.
• Following direction as provided by Winemaker / Manager
• Carry out all tasks assigned once trained and competent
• Assisting and maintain general winery cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensuring that cellar operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
• Logging all relevant data into log sheets and operation notes as required
• Complying with all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
