Wine wholesaler requires a permanent full-time Supply Chain/Logistics Administrator. Fast-paced McMahons Point office.
Single Vineyard Sellers (SVS) is a family-owned international trading business based in Australia with established capacities and customers both in Australia, and export markets. We are a friendly and reliable partner to our customers, both in our core Australian market and in numerous export markets.
The role is based in our McMahons Point office, within walking distances from North Sydney Station, McMahons Point Wharf and local buses.
Our Supply Chain Administrators have a highly pivotal role in the company. They are responsible for optimum customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfilment, sales team support, and customer service. They also ensure appropriate supply of our portfolio of over 200 products across several warehouses and markets. They navigate national logistics and monitor the total cost of storage and distribution for the company. Their main duty is to reduce overhead costs, while coordinating the movement of the company's inwards and outwards (purchases and sales).
You will need to be comfortable in liaising with third party logistics companies in an assertive manner to ensure timely and accurate deliveries across Australia. You will also be liaising with suppliers to ensure prompt and efficient stock replenishment, as well as with customers and sales representatives to coordinate orders fulfilment and provide general assistance.
You must be comfortable working in a busy environment, and attending to internal and external enquiries through various channels. The role also includes daily general ad hoc office administration duties. You will need to work closely with the other Supply Chain Administrators as each of you will have individual responsibilities towards a shared purpose.
We can assist in your knowledge and understanding of our product range, but experience related to the liquor industry would be highly regarded, including hospitality and retail.

Competencies
- experience in inventory control & logistics
- proficiency in e-mail based work (Outlook/Exchange)
- intermediate Excel and Word skills
- experience in accountancy, customer data base or inventory software (NetSuite advantageous)
