Are you an experienced HR Business Manager looking for a great full time role at a fabulous winery based in Mildura - VIC?
You will play an integral part in partnering with the business to deliver the people strategy, provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enable leaders to engage their teams and deliver results.
Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for:
- Recruiting Strategy for expansion and seasonal needs with Employer of Choice;
- Strategy Employer Branding (in conjunction with marketing team);
- Learning and Development Strategy Retention & Succession Strategy;
- Coaching leaders on HR related approach and decisions within their teams that align with the business strategy and best practice;
- Performance Review Processes Overall Management of all team matters relating to disciplinary action, grievance, discrimination, WorkCover, union etc;
- Structure, salaries/wages scenario/roster planning, budgeting and forecasting.
To succeed in the role you ideally will have:
- Previous HR experience in a Manufacturing or similar industry where you have supported the business as an HR Specialist;
- Strong relationship building skills;
- Degree or Equivalent in HR Management;
- Excellent knowledge of Australian Employment Law
- Experience in organisational change initiatives in support of business strategies;
- Exceptionally strong time management skills with the ability to manage both project work and business as usual tasks;
- High level interpersonal and communications skills, including coaching skills, strong written communication skills and presentation skills;
- Understanding of the link between HR strategy and Business strategy Empathy, authenticity, integrity;
- Experience with implementing best practice principles for HR including reward, performance management, recruiting, learning & development and employee engagement.
