The Cracka Wine Group is an exciting and fast growing online wine business. We are currently looking for a well organised, hardworking, bright self-starter to join our growing team. Based in Surry Hills. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, your primary responsibility will be first point of contact for all phone, email & social media enquiries. Enquiries will range from chasing deliveries of the Customer Experience Team overseeing the successful delivery of thousands of orders per month.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Responding to customer enquiries, orders and complaints to ensure resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Using initiative to ensure all queries are resolved efficiently and in a professional manner.
- Processing customer orders and returns according to standard operating procedures.
- Working with vendors and third party warehousing & logistics to track undelivered, late or lost deliveries.
Skills and experience
- Versatility to build rapport & communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry.
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills & previous experience with data analysis.
