About the role 
We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive based in Sydney CBD to join our On Premise team.  The successful person will be responsible for partnering with the trade to effectively build their business leveraging Brown-Forman's portfolio of products, whilst growing operating income.

Day to day responsibilities will include;

  • Evaluate and build Territory and account plans within set timings that deliver to objectives
  • Understand customer needs and explore options to develop strategies
  • Being brand expert on all brands in Brown-Forman Australia's portfolio
  • Exploring opportunities within the cold product space
  • Delivering internal and external training sessions to tell the story of our brands to help achieve our core objectives (e.g. staff educations)

About the person 
To be considered for this role you will possess the following attributes:

  • A pro-active and passionate approach to getting things done
  • Be a team-oriented person, who can effectively build partnerships
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Background in mixology and key account management 
  • Experience within on premise channel
  • Tertiary qualification in a business related field
  • Experience in FMCG selling environment
