An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Supply Chain Capability team on a 12 month contract, as Breweries Learning System Specialist.  This role will support Beer Australia & Beer, Spirits, Wines NZ; it will work closely with the Breweries & broader P&C team, including Enterprise Services.  The successful applicant will be passionate about developing and implementing a learning framework, including new processes & increased use of technology, that will support learning and assessment activities & ultimately build capability of Brewery team members.  You will be a strong people person who works collaboratively with others, is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and enjoys seeking solutions.     

Key accountabilities include: 

• Implement the Learning System Framework in conjunction with Supply Chain Capability team and site stakeholders.
• Drive the effectiveness of the learning system at all levels across the network.
• In conjunction with site stakeholders, monitor the availability of training material & assessment tools.
• Setup & administer the LMS, in conjunction with P&C Enterprise Services; update the LMS in a timely manner and maintain accurate data.
• Use LMS data output to assist plan, track, & prioritise training & assessment activities.
• Build close working relationships with site Leaders & other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of technical learning tools and the learning system.

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG (not essential)
• In depth  experience of learning & assessment theories / frameworks & how to adapt to an operational environment
• Strong administration skills, attention to detail and problem solving ability
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to be a strong team player and demonstrate learning agility
