As a Business Development Manager you will be required to build prospect pool of new customers through Corporate Partnerships and grow, enhance and maximise partner relationships (advertising, marketing and communication opportunities) for Cellarmasters to sell wine and acquire further customers

• Business Development Find new partners for Cellarmasters or identify when there is a broader opportunity for other EDG brands – achieving  NTB, CTA, A&P, scale & lead quality targets

• Marketing: Work with Marketing teams to identify new sources for prospect growth including new partner; new channels and new offer opportunities

• Contract Management: Briefing trading business on any initial contractual discussions or requirements expressed by prospect for consideration into contractual agreement.

• Commercial acumen negotiation skills and acumen to determine commercial viability of new opportunities, launching new opportunities and co-sharing relationship management responsibilities until the prospect is ready to finalise and engage in contractual formulation

We are looking for our next superstar with the following skills:

• Experience in Business Development

• Relationship Management experience with excellent Influencing/negotiation skills

• Good Communication skills in both written and oral form

• Proficient in Powerpoint or Slides preferable

• Strong ability to Multi-task and able to handle pressure & deadlines

• Passionate about who you are and what you do

• Results Driven
