Assistant Restaurant Manager (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

We are looking for an up-and-coming food and beverage professional to join our team.

You'll work closely with the Manager, covering in their absence all aspects of the business as well as develop working relationships with other departments such as the Kitchen, Wine Store, and Accounting.

The ideal candidate  

  • Would have worked at this level for at least 1 year, with experience in a restaurant or wine bar.
  • Experience leading a team; to excel in this position you will need strong people management skills
  • You will need to be able to keep your team motivated in times of high demand and stay on point when it is a bit quieter.
  • We provide you with a busy, fun and loud environment and you should be able to show that you thrive under pressure and that your leadership will inspire our team
  • A hospitality or wine (WSET or CMS) related qualification is essential but not required
