Reporting to the Viticulture Manager ANZ, this key focus of this role is to improve vineyard performance and support the ANZ vineyard management teams by coordinating the provision of essential technical viticultural information, programmes, standards and R&D.
In addition, it will be responsible for  Liaison and partnering with key industry bodies as well as oversee the management of the TWE outsourced Sunraysia vineyards.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assist vineyard managers identify opportunities to improve vineyard performance
• Ensure best practice standards are in place for key viticultural activities.
• Coordinate R&D program.
• Identifying innovative new technical opportunities.
• Oversee the management and budgets of the outsourced TWE Sunraysia Vineyard, including the coordination of scheduling and logistics throughout vintage. 
• Managing yield forecasting procedures and data. 
• Pest, disease & frost monitoring severity assessments and control recommendations.
• Manage standards and data for bud fruitfulness, petiole assessment, grape maturity, fruit quality, phenology, soil and water quality.

With demonstrated experience in implementing a viticultural technical program you will also hold a tertiary qualification in Viticulture/Horticulture/Agriculture. You will be provided an excellent opportunity to work alongside our supply business group and Viticultural staff. Strong communication skills are essential.
