Penfolds Magill Estate Kitchen, known for its fabulous food, breathtaking list of Penfolds wines, outstanding service and stunning views across the Adelaide plains to the Gulf of St Vincent, has a great opportunity available to provide support in managing the restaurant.

Working closely with our Restaurant Manager and some of the greatest wine experts across the globe, this dynamic role will provide support in the day to day operations of the restaurant and after hours function events.

Your key responsibilities in this role would include:

• Working with and supporting a dedicated team in growing sales revenue and achieving profit contribution.
• Using your strong hospitality experience, you and the team will deliver an exceptional consumer experience including making recommendations
• Managing financial returns

We are seeking a hospitality professional who has experience managing and providing support to a restaurant team. A positive, action-focused work ethic will see you succeed in this role as will your ability to implement systems to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. You will have strong wine knowledge paired with proven hands on experience in working in fine dining restaurants or 5 star hospitality environments. This role will be 5 days/week on a 7 day roster and will include some night work.
