Sevenhill, the first winery established in the Clare Valley is seeking to employ a skilled person in the position of Vineyard Hand
This is an excellent opportunity to gain permanent employment with a winery which prides itself on growing its own fruit as well as making the wine and bottling all on the one estate. The position involves participation in all duties on our premium estate vineyards in addition to various other duties in and around the winery.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to carry out work programs aimed at producing fruit of the highest quality.
This is a ‘hands on’ position and is ideally suited to a candidate that meets the following criteria;

• Ability to work positively with others in a small team
• Wide ranging vineyard experience
• A Certificate in Farm Practice Viticulture is preferred, but not essential depending on experience
• Demonstrated experience in the use of machinery
• Sound knowledge of WH&S principles and the ability to maintain company standards and policies
• Basic writing and numeracy skills
• Current driver’s licence
• Other licences or certificates relevant to the industry will be highly regarded

A remuneration package commensurate with your qualifications and level of experience will be negotiated.
