JOB REQUIREMENTS
Our Graduate Viticulturist Program is the perfect stepping stone to grow and develop your career and provides you with the opportunity to work with some of the best viticulturists and winemakers in the industry.
Based in some of the world’s most picturesque wine regions, our Graduate Viticulturist Program will provide hands on, practical experience across a multitude of sites to assist you in building your competencies and capabilities not only in the art of viticulture but also broadening your knowledge and understanding of the different facets of a truly global organisation.
The successful applicant will have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in the disciplines of Viticulture and Oenology/Wine Science or Wine Growing and will demonstrate a true passion for wine and drive to further develop their knowledge and skills in Viticulture within a global organisation. Note: you must have completed your qualifications within the past 3 years (no earlier than 2014)
You will be offered a two year contract across our various operational sites, and our commitment to develop you in all areas of the viticulture and winemaking processes including placements in the areas of:
• Viticulture
• Operational Winemaking
• Tasting and blending experiences
• Cellar operations
• Marketing
• Commercial Supply
• Cross-functional project team
